We have time after ukulele class to sit and watch the glass blowers downstairs.
It’s really neat watching them move the glass to and from the furnace, and even blow into the pipe! Today he kept adding smaller pieces of glass which then became swirls of color as he melted them together.
We’re never really sure what they are making out of the big blob, but today it looks like it will be a vase!

They used to have classes to learn to DO that at your Mom’ s (and Gramps’) school!!! Maybe you can go there one day???
