This month’s Raddish Kit is all about flavors. In fact, it’s called Flavor Lab! The first two recipes, which we made tonight, are Lemon Pepper Chicken (sour!) and Parmesan Umami Noodles (umami! even D-Dad’s without the cheese).
It’s also National Spaghetti Day, so this was a perfect day to try it (even without the red sauce).
We haven’t gotten our kit in the mail yet because of the snow, but Raddish now offering a service called Raddish Plus where we can get the recipes online before they show up on our doorstep! It’s neat to be able to use the phone or iPad to cook! It will also make it more convenient when we travel and have most of the recipes with us. I bet Grammie will be excited to hear about this!
We are going to wait until the box shows up to the the third recipe: Salted Chocolate Chip Cookies! (that’s the salty, sweet, and bitter all in one)
