I didn’t know that until I made it today! I did splurge and add a cinnamon swirl though… Oh! and Mom will drink some coffee when she eats hers!

I DID know that….. but I (like Mom) always drink coffee with it so it still works for a name. It is not required for everyone who eats it, so, you should not think you HAVE to have coffee with it!!
Think of the other names that would NOT have sounded so good:
“milk cake”, “tomato juice cake”, “Frapachino cake”.
Hmmm, what else???
