I also did a new Little Passports kit today. The book that was included was about the Moon Festival. And that was officially today! Mom looked a whole bunch of places and couldn’t find any mooncakes but we did make some lanterns!
And went outside to check out the full moon!

Guess what we saw on the News last night!!!! LONG Lines down the street in our CHINATOWN waiting to get the Moon Cakes all the Bakerys had made for yesterday. There are lots of different kinds: ones with sweet black beans, one with coconut, and ones I don’t remember. Maybe next year you can be here to get one for yourself!!!!
